Postion: Logistics Clerk

Responsibilities;
・Prepares inspection sheets for forklift drivers at least one day prior to shipping date for outgoing shipments.
・Generates and reviews all shipping documents and associated logistics clerical documents.
・Confers with establishment personnel, vendors, and customers to coordinate processing and shipping, and to resolve complaints.
・Examines documents, materials, and products, and monitors work processes for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications.
・Maintains files such as bills of lading and commercial invoices.
・Checks the finished goods before loading to ensure the number of cases and items of finished goods match the shipping document.
・Manage inbound raw material delivery schedule. Book vessels and trucks and manage outbound schedule.
・Answers logistics door and phone. Provides directions to drivers when needed.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk.

Additionally, applicant is hourly worker in warehouse area. Work conditions are moderate to high noise level at times. Ability to deal with various people such as internal administrative staff and managers, and external truck drivers.
