Salary: Approx $4500.00     (depending on experience.)

Position: Assistant Manager or Manager depending on experience

·        Essential Duties:
Responsible for household goods business and multiple diverse product lines (packing, pick-up, delivery, etc).
Primary duties: 
·        Responsible for daily operations of a shift, personnel, facility or section based upon the size of the operations.  30-50%
·        Directs lower management and or supervisory staff. 25-30%
·        Assures daily productivity. 15-20%
·        Assures compliance/adherence with all performance, customer and regulatory compliance.  10-20%

·        Direct contact with customers to answer inquiries for documentation, regulations.
·        Pre-Survey. Prepare customer estimates. Negotiate to acquire.
·     Attendance and make all necessary arrangements at the time of collections and deliveries.             
·        Cost Analysis and negotiation with subcontractors to increaserevenue
·        Sales calls for new/old customers to increase business opportunity

·        Direct report to General Manager at the other Branch.
