Job Title: Plant Maintenance Technician
Reports to: Maintenance Manager
Location: Bowling Green, OH
Salary: $55-75K Depending on Experience

Job Summary:
Performs daily maintenance of equipment in the plant in a manner that efficiently maintains the desired quality, quantity, and maximum output of production of the company.
Responsibilities:
- In charge of all monthly and quarterly maintenance
- Required to assist production management in tracking spare parts inventory by reporting what parts were used
- Required to follow all the safety rules and regulation to keep a safe and organized work place
- Reporting to management any potential problems with equipment found during check ups
- Maintain adherence to company policies, OSHA safety standards, and good housekeeping practices
- Complete and turn in any checklists required by management
- Required to follow all safety rules when working on equipment. (ex. Lock out tag out and confined space)
- Assures the machinery, equipment and facilities are properly maintained for efficient production
- Required to do general maintenance in the office as well as the production area whenever asked by management
- In charge of bi-annual shutdowns and all documents that are required to be filled out
- Assure efficient and economical utilization materials, improvement of methods, and elimination of wasteful practices within the department
- Travel occasionally to offsite training classes
- Assist in weekend and/or off shift work
- Any other items that may be asked of by management.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in facility maintenance (The more the better)
- Able to work on weekends and off shift hours including holidays
- Able to lift 80 lbs and work in confined space as needed
- Able to climb ladders to reach maintenance area as needed
